Selecting a topic and forming a design brief from one of the nine RSA categories.
Project description – this will describe the project and justify the aim and scope of the project.
Design brief objectives and SMART goals – this underpins how the project will be accomplished through a realistic strategy .
Target audience – this considers the intended audience and stakeholders of the project.
Budget and resources – this looks at potential costs, time and other resources that manage the project.
Deliverables – these are the end results of the project and what is expected at completion.
The next journal post will look at topic selection brief outline.
